A quick post to note that thankfully we were able to touch up the areas that didn't take the paint on our first attempt at the color coat. We thought we were going to have to put a prime coat on over the color and the re-paint the color again. But before we did that, we thought we'd take a chance and see if we could just touch it up. Thankfully, it worked. So, now we still have to paint the final coats on the two closets; paint the trim and doors and then I think we might be ready to move on to other tasks for the rooms (like curtains; furniture, etc.).
Ok, that's all for the moment. Not exactly adoption-related news, except for making progress on the rooms of our future kids! Is that close? ;-)

Yes, you're definitely on the mark . . . preparing your house for the kids certainly counts! :) Are you nesting?? What color(s) did you use?
